Located in Eagle Nest, New Mexico at 8300′ elevation. We are in the middle of the beautiful Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range. Cool summers, colorful Autumns, and crisp springs are welcome blessings after a cold snowy winter. Eagle Nest, NM area covers a lot of diverse terrain and therefore we have many diverse properties. Big ranches, small ranches, vacation homes, summer homes, mountain land, fishing land, hunting land, real estate, properties, you can find it all in Eagle Nest, New Mexico.
I have been in real estate in New Mexico for 7 years and love the business. I enjoy helping people get what they need to get the real estate properties that they want. I am dedicated to my real estate clients and usually develop a life long friendships during the process. I have learned a lot through my real estate years and continue to learn more as the New Mexico laws change. My experience and network of people in the mountain of NM have been my biggest assets when it comes to working for others and getting the deal done. I have made many friends in Cimarron, Eagle Nest, Angel Fire, and the mountains of northern New Mexico. I have back pocket properties, homes and ranches, land and other real estate, that if the right person comes along….
Ranch properties, homes, mountain land, businesses, real estate, you name it, I have sold it.. I once brokered goats! I love the New Mexico ranches, they are where my heart is. Homes are all unique and the different homes in New Mexico can be a wide range of real estate and properties. Land is getting less and less, ranch land, land for homes, land to build, mountain land and homes.. in New Mexico, all land is a valuable commodity. Hunting land properties are popular but hard to find. Ranch land properties are always a favorite. I love what I do and each type of real estate offers its own set of challenges.
